Joanne achieved “A” levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, she then undertook a 5 year degree course leading to her BSc (Hons) Osteopathy in 2001.

Since 2003 Joanne has also lectured and supervised examinations at the London School of Osteopathy.

Joanne is also a fully trained practitioner in Dry Needling/Trigger Point Therapy. Her special interests are Biomechanics and Neurological Diseases.

Osteopathy, Dry Needling

Wendy completed her degree in 2003 at the London School of Osteopathy receiving a BSc (Hons) Osteopathy. 

Wendy is also a fully qualified Dry Needling Practitioner since receiving her Diploma in 2004.

Wendy’s particular interests lie in sports injury and rehabilitation as well as general musculoskeletal conditions.

Cranial Osteopathy

Thomas completed his Philosophy Degree from the University of Manchester in 1984.  He then went on to study Yoga going on to become a British Wheel trained Yoga teacher in 1987. This was followed by courses in manual therapy, which included reflexology and Thai Yoga massage.

Thomas qualified as an Osteopath in 2000. 

His interest in Cranial Osteopathy developed from his involvement with the Osteopathic Centre for Children as an undergraduate.

Because of his love of animals, Thomas has also started to practice equine, canine and feline osteopathy.

Osteopathy

Chris qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008 with a Bachelor of Osteopathy (B.Ost - the new style degree) which incorporated both the “science and the art” of Osteopathy.

Chris’s original interest in osteopathy began at age 13 after sustaining sports injuries. This led to a focus in a biomechanical and structural way of treating when qualified. However, he is currently broadening his scope of practice by taking a post-graduate course in “Classical Osteopathy”.

Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy, Relaxing Deep Tissue Swedish Massage, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique.

Christine qualified for a Diploma in Deep Tissue Swedish Massage in 2001 and then went on to receive a BTEC Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy with the London School of Sports Massage in 2003.

Christine received her Diploma in Hypnotherapy in 2006 and is a member of The Hypnotherapy Society.

Christine practices Emotional Freedom Techniques - commonly abbreviated to EFT – which is a modern and growing form of personal development and therapy.

Christine is also an examination marker for BTEC Anatomy and Physiology papers.

Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Allergy Testing, Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Sue has been in practice since 1989 and holds Diplomas in Homeopathy, Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. She studied environmental medicine in Southampton and has worked extensively in the field of allergy/intolerance.

Sue has spent a lifetime in teaching, both children and adults and has an easy and organised style.

Sue is a Fellow of The Association of Natural Medicine and a registered member of Embody.

Maria holds a degree in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture graduating from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture (LCTA).  Maria worked for a time in the Hangzhou Hospital, China.  

Maria has worked as a clinician at LCTA and she is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Acupuncture Fertility Network.

Maria treats a variety of conditions and specialises in gynaecological disorders including infertility, pregnancy and pre-birth acupuncture plus advising on acupressure in labour.

Tricia first had lessons in the Alexander Technique in 1986 but continued a career in IT until she got the opportunity to retrain. She qualified as a professional teaching member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique after three years of full time study.

Jill qualified for with a Diploma in Swedish Massage with Distinction in 1996 at the France Fewell School of Natural Therapies.  After qualifying she pursued her passion for complementary care.  Jill offers a totally holistic treatment by using her 14 years of hands on knowledge to enhance a patient’s relaxation experience.  Jill also practices Thermal Stone Therapy, which encourages the body to disperse stress and fatigue; the luxurious relaxing nature of this treat calms the body and mind in minutes.
