Counselling and Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy and Counselling is a journey which aims to help people with problems to explore, find solutions and move forward.

Sessions offer space where you can share and explore your anxieties in a safe and trustworthy setting enabling you to achieve your goals and self confidence.

You are able to explore difficult situations and become aware of choices you can make and the range of responses you can use.

You are given space to explore, accept or reveal painful, difficult or confused thoughts and emotions.

Counselling can help you to gain insight into your present and/or past behaviour, make possible connections and move forward in an enlightened way, developing your own problem solving/coping strategies for now and for the future.

The Counsellor will use various techniques to help you explore what is important to you and help you develop your own strengths and resources to manage your life more effectively.
